Meet Phil and Jen, the heart behind Expansion Lab. With over 20 years of rich background in spiritual leadership, community building, and coaching they bring a holistic approach to personal growth. Their expertise and degrees span psychology, education, leadership, spiritual development, and various wellness practices including breathwork, fitness, and thermal recovery.

Expansion Lab exists to empower individuals and organizations to achieve transformative personal and professional growth. Their coaching integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and is enriched by therapeutic practices.

Living in Southern California with their three energetic boys, they cherish adventure, fitness, the ocean, and good coffee. They can often be seen driving their Sprinter van full of surfboards and kids to the beach. Together, Phil and Jen are deeply committed to nurturing individuals and fostering transformative growth, with the ultimate goal of contributing to a more loving world.
