We have taken care to make it accurate and useful, but we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Site. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Not professional advice

Expansion Lab provides leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. We are not licensed physicians, psychologists, therapists, attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors, and nothing on the Site is medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for it. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Some of our programs include breathwork, cold and heat exposure, and other physiological practices. These are described on the Site for information only. They are not appropriate for everyone, and you should consult your physician before undertaking any such practice, particularly if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical condition.

No guarantee of results

Leadership development is work, and results depend on you: your effort, your circumstances, your organization, and factors beyond anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from reading the Site, joining a program, or working with us. What has worked for one leader or one company may not work for another.

Testimonials

The Site includes statements from clients and program participants. They are genuine, given voluntarily, and unpaid, and they appear with permission, edited only for length or typographical errors. They describe those individuals' experiences and are not representative of everyone's experience or a promise of yours.
